What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am at the latest.
Are pets allowed?
One small pet is welcome (possibly two, please ask us).
Do you provide a travel cot for babies?
Yes, a travel cot is available on request. No extra beds beyond the listed capacity of each gîte.
Is the pool shared?
Yes, the pool is shared between the 3 gîtes, open from April to October.
Why book direct rather than through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Our secure direct booking module (powered by Holidu) charges much lower fees than standard platforms (around 3% versus 15-20% elsewhere).
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking on site.
Is wifi available?
Yes, fibre wifi on site.
Is air conditioning included?
Le Tilleul and Le Laurier have reversible air conditioning (cooling and heating). The Sous-les-Pins studio only has a portable AC unit and electric radiators, and is open from April to October only.
How far is the Colorado Provençal?
5 minutes by car.
How far are the Luberon villages?
15 to 20 minutes by car on average (Roussillon, Gordes, Ménerbes...).
Are linens and cleaning included?
Yes, bed linen, towels and cleaning are all included.
Is a security deposit required?
No deposit required, as all bookings go through a secure platform.
